Far Out Feeling was born in the winter of 2020 and since then we have documented 75+ couples in lurrrrve. We’re Meaghan and Brendon, the dynamic duo here to artfully capture your day, your way. We’re based in Brooklyn, NY — and love to travel. Here’s a little more about us..
Meaghan here - the photo girl for Far Out Feeling. My cat is my son, and my son is my cat. I’m a BIG farmer’s market girlie. If it’s not summer, I don’t want it (unless it’s your wedding). I was born in NYC and grew up in the next town over — NJ. These days, I romanticize my life in our one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.
I believe in a damn good time and I like to photograph our couples with free movement and honesty. I picked up a camera at 20 years old and now, I’ll only put it down when I’m on my way to grab us drinks from the bar.
Howdy! I'm Brendon, a chill Mid-Westerner turned East-Coast creative who has a keen eye for image composition, lighting, and subtle, yet impactful moments. My background comes from shooting fashion shows and exclusive events around NYC, which made me appreciate the avant-garde. I crave abstract and unconventional poses and settings. If you don’t enjoy standing still, FANTASTIC because neither do I, so let’s do it different.
Photography is the foundation of our friendship that turned into a relationship. We’ve been happily photographing each other since 2018. Brendon pursued photography full-time that same year and Meaghan got FOMO, so she followed along a few years later. It seems to be working out great — we just got hitched ourselves in January, 2024! It’s safe to say that Far Out Feeling is here to stay.
The honor will be all ours to photograph you and your love. How lucky are we to be the ones to create memories that people will share for generations?
